These are the terms that govern services provided by Tech Team Bravo. They apply to every quote, order, and invoice unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Each document is maintained as a live, current version, so the link always shows the terms in effect today.

Master Services Agreement The base terms covering all work we perform: responsibilities, billing, liability, and term.

Service attachments

Terms specific to the services you have purchased. Each attachment sits on top of the Master Services Agreement.

Service Attachment for Managed Services Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, patching, and help desk support for covered systems.
Service Attachment for Compliance Services Risk assessments, policy work, remediation, and ongoing compliance support for regulated clients.
Service Attachment for AI Services Terms for AI tooling and automation we build, configure, or support on your behalf.
