James – Founder & Principal Consultant
James is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience delivering managed IT services across Long Island and throughout the U.S. With a background as an Operations Director for a large customer-focused corporation, James blends business acumen with deep technical expertise.
James is a cross-platform certified IT operations specialist with a focus on networking, cybersecurity, and compliance. Over the years, James has designed and implemented IT solutions for a diverse range of clients—from small home offices to complex environments including medical practices, financial institutions, manufacturers, municipalities, and homeowners associations.
James is a dedicated husband and father of two daughters. When he’s not working, you’ll find him outdoors hiking, camping, or flying drones. He is also an active member of several civic groups and believes strongly in giving back to his community through service.
Donnell – Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist
Donnell is a U.S. Army veteran with a strong background in satellite communications and electronic systems maintenance. Following his military service, he joined Tech Team Bravo, where he brings a mission-driven focus on information security compliance and policy development.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity with a concentration in Information Assurance and is known for his ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering consistent, high-quality results. Donnell’s discipline, technical skill, and attention to detail make him a valuable part of the TTB team.
A Long Island native, Donnell is a dedicated husband and father of three. He remains actively involved in the veteran community and collaborates with local advocacy groups to support fellow service members and their families.
Vinney – Systems & Network Administrator
Vinney is a Senior Technical Field Engineer with nearly two decades of IT experience across the MSP, medical, and small business sectors. His background also includes hands-on experience in hospitality, retail, and food service, giving him a practical, people-first perspective on how technology supports real-world business operations.
What Vinney enjoys most about IT is helping people. He understands that most people do not call technical support when everything is going perfectly, and he takes pride in making stressful situations easier. Whether he is solving a complex technical issue or simply helping someone get their day back on track, Vinney brings patience, professionalism, and a genuine customer-service mindset to every interaction.
Outside of work, Vinney is an avid chef with a love for authentic Texas BBQ. He is also passionate about audio and home theater, though he would quickly tell you not to call him an audiophile. When he is not cooking or enjoying the outdoors, you will likely find him under the hood of a car or tinkering with his motorcycle

Sam – Systems & Network Administrator

Samuel is a field technician with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, with previous experience in QA and Education that he uses on a daily basis to elevate his service to the next level. He provides a unique mix of technical knowledge and customer relation skills that ensure client's needs are always met.
Samuel has previously worked providing technical support in traditional offices, medical buildings, and warehouses, making him equipped to handle a variety of environments.
In his free time, he edits videos, runs a trading card business, and creates video games.
